# Get Metamask

If you already have [Chrome](https://www.google.com/chrome/), follow these steps to install Metamask:

## 1. Go to [metamask.io](https://metamask.io) <a href="#id-2-click-download" id="id-2-click-download"></a>

## 2. Click “Download” <a href="#id-2-click-download" id="id-2-click-download"></a>

## 3. Select “Install MetaMask for Chrome”. <a href="#id-3-select-add-to-chrome" id="id-3-select-add-to-chrome"></a>

## 4. Click “Add Extension” to complete the installation of Metamask <a href="#id-4-click-add-extension-to-complete-the-installation-to-your-browser" id="id-4-click-add-extension-to-complete-the-installation-to-your-browser"></a>

Now that you have the Metamask installed in your Chrome browser, you can create a wallet in the next step.
